Riverland Gardens has been environmentally designed for providing over 300,000 litres of pure water per household for personal use above and beyond our town water supply. Simple water retention systems that combine the harvesting of normal rainfall and a personal allocation of over 100,000 litres per annum, per lot, mean you have water for what you need, when you want it.
Being green also means all excess storm water run off is diverted to our delightful Kingfisher Reserve, a 40,000m2 naturally vegetated area that is a haven for local wild life.
